Cavern diving is always something very special, so why not experience the nightlife in Playa del Carmen in a different way?
Moray eels, rays and octopuses are just a few of the many nocturnal creatures you are likely to come across during the dive. Various corals will reveal their true colors in the glow of the dive light. Under a sky of bright stars, you dive into a new world. If you need an underwater light, we will gladly provide one free of charge.
The course of the day:
About half an hour before sunset, we arrive at the port of Playa del Carmen, where the boat is already waiting for us. Each of our divers is equipped with a main dive light and a spare one.
After a short 5-minute ride to one of our shallow dive sites, we gear up during sunset and finally jump into the water. Here, the maximum depth is 12 meters. In the first 10 minutes of the dive it starts to get dark, so we turn on our lights. During the night dive we communicate exclusively with the light of our dive lights.
Your guide will explain the techniques in detail so that you can communicate perfectly. In general, as with all other diving activities with Feel The Diving, we only take small groups of max. 4 people. Please note that even night dives require a lot of logistics and good planning, so please let us know in advance if you are interested.
